With a strong foundation in customer service, having worked with British Airways operations and spent over a decade flying with Jet Airways, Alok has always been at the forefront of customer relations. His experience in the aviation and hospitality industry helped him deeply understand customer expectations, service standards, and operational discipline.

Over the years, he has earned several certifications and recognitions for exemplary performance in customer service, values that naturally became a part of Oriental Chef’s business ethics, staff training, and customer experience philosophy.

Founded in 2018 in Vikhroli, Oriental Chef was built with a vision to make high-quality Asian cuisine accessible to a wider audience while maintaining strong standards of taste, hygiene, and service.
